Helpful Session, but Support Took Longer Than Expected
I requested assistance from their API developer team with API integration and deployment. Initially, I was provided with documentation, but I was looking for more hands-on support as I was trying to complete the integration with the help of Claude AI.
I specifically needed someone to guide me through the technical process rather than relying only on written instructions. However, I was offered a virtual meeting appointment after three days, which was longer than I had expected.
The actual session was good, and the team explained the process clearly. With their guidance, I was able to successfully add the API.
Overall, the technical assistance was helpful and the session resolved my issue, but the initial response and waiting time could definitely be improved. More timely, hands-on support would make the customer experience much better.

Excellent Packaging Experience with Snazzyway Dropshipping
I ordered a sample order from Snazzyway Dropshipping once my branded boxes were ready, and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. The packaging was done very professionally. Each product was neatly wrapped in butter paper, placed inside my own branded corrugated box, and finally secured in a tamper-proof polybag.
