How reviews work
Last updated 13 Oct 2026
Who can write a review
Anyone with a genuine experience of a company can write a review. You must verify your email address using a one-time code before posting. Each account can review a company once.
Verified purchase badge
You can upload an invoice, bill, or order screenshot to support your review. Our team checks the submitted document and adds a Verified Purchase badge if the evidence meets our verification requirements. Your document is never displayed publicly.
How we catch fake reviews
Our system flags unusual activity, such as multiple reviews from the same network within a short period. A flagged review is checked by a human moderator before publication. Being flagged does not automatically mean a review is fake.
What companies can and cannot do
Companies can claim their profiles, update business details, and reply publicly to reviews. They cannot remove, hide, edit, or reorder reviews simply because they are unfavourable. Paid plans do not influence ratings or moderation decisions.
Companies can report reviews they believe violate our guidelines. A moderator reviews the report and decides what action, if any, is appropriate.
How the rating is calculated
A company's rating is the arithmetic average of all eligible published numerical ratings, displayed to one decimal place. The rating may change as new reviews are published or existing reviews are updated or removed in accordance with our guidelines.
