We had a really good experience with SnazzyTrips during our Uttarakhand trip. Their team has excellent local knowledge of the region, which makes a big difference when travelling in the hills. They were well-informed about road conditions and changed our route via Ranikhet and Binsar due to roadwork on the main highway. Although the new route was slightly longer, it turned out to be a great decision as we also got to visit the beautiful Dol Ashram. Their local expertise and timely planning made the journey comfortable and memorable. Overall, a great experience!

A Wonderful Kausani and Binsar Trip with SnazzyTrips
We had a lovely experience exploring Kausani and Binsar with SnazzyTrips. The hotels arranged for our stay were good, comfortable, and well suited for enjoying a peaceful holiday in the mountains. The views, fresh air, and relaxed atmosphere made the trip memorable.
A special mention to our driver, Deepak, who was very knowledgeable about the local area. He knew the routes well and shared interesting information about the places we visited, local culture, and life in the Kumaon region. He was also helpful and patient throughout the journey, which made travelling between destinations much more enjoyable.
Kausani was beautiful, and Binsar was especially refreshing for its greenery and peaceful surroundings. Overall, the arrangements were smooth, and we had a comfortable trip without unnecessary hassles.

An Amazing Experience with SnazzyTrips – They Made My Kainchi Dham Visit Possible!
My experience with SnazzyTrips was excellent, especially because of the way their team handled an unexpected situation during my visit to Kainchi Dham. The traffic was absolutely horrible that day, with a massive jam and local authorities stopping cars from proceeding further. Many travellers were unable to reach the temple, and honestly, I thought I would have to return without darshan.
However, the SnazzyTrips team went out of their way to help me. Since I was travelling alone, they managed to arrange a two-wheeler and helped me get to Kainchi Dham despite the difficult conditions. Thanks to their quick thinking and personal assistance, I was able to visit the temple when many other travellers could not.
What impressed me most was that they did not simply say the situation was beyond their control. They tried to find a practical solution and genuinely cared about making my visit possible. This kind of support makes a real difference when travelling to a busy pilgrimage destination.
Kainchi Dham can get extremely crowded, so I would recommend planning ahead, but having a travel team like SnazzyTrips that responds quickly when things go wrong is invaluable. I am genuinely grateful for their efforts and would happily recommend SnazzyTrips to anyone planning a trip to Uttarakhand.

Good Trip Overall, but Disappointing Flexibility with Itinerary Changes
Our overall experience with SnazzyTrips was satisfactory, but we were disappointed with their lack of flexibility. We already had a fixed itinerary, but we requested a simple adjustment: one additional night in Bagori and one less night in Mukhba. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate this request, which was frustrating.
When customers request reasonable changes to their travel plans, we expect some effort to find a suitable solution rather than simply sticking to the original itinerary. The rest of the arrangements were fine, but the lack of support in this matter affected our experience. SnazzyTrips should be more flexible and focus on accommodating customer needs wherever possible.

Avoid Visiting Nainital in Summer? Our Real Experience with SnazzyTrips
We had a really good experience with SnazzyTrips during our Nainital trip. The services were good, and our travel consultant, Sunita Joshi, gave us some very practical advice before the journey.
Nainital was extremely crowded, with heavy traffic, and we also found that some local restaurants were charging very high prices. We were surprised to see a plate of Maggi priced at ₹160! Thankfully, Sunita had already warned us about the traffic and crowds, so we decided to stay just one night in Nainital and spend the remaining two days in Bhowali.
Honestly, this turned out to be a great decision. Staying in Bhowali made it much easier to explore the nearby lakes peacefully, without dealing with Nainital's traffic and rush all the time. We could enjoy the natural beauty at our own pace and have a much more relaxing holiday.
A special thanks to Sunita Joshi for understanding our needs and guiding us in the right direction. Her advice genuinely improved our trip. SnazzyTrips provided good service, and we appreciate their honest guidance.
Our advice to other travellers: if you are planning a summer holiday, be prepared for heavy crowds and traffic in Nainital. Consider staying in Bhowali instead, as it can be a more peaceful base for exploring the nearby lakes.
